WHY WE LOVE IT.

First things first, we are visual creatures. And this line looks GOOD. Like, real good. Like, not a care in the world if you ran into your ex at the gym good. Like worthy of a mirror selfie or 20 good. Like people asking, where’d you get that hoodie good. That kind of good. BOOM. Already we dig it.

Next, it feels great. It’s obvious all the fabrics are quality. From StretchFlex technology to bamboo (yes, bamboo!) to heavy-weight fleece, these are luxe performance garments for the man and woman who invest in themselves. Well, we represent that man and woman and we require our activewear to feel great. Check!

More, it fits well. The cuts allow you to be active and also compliment that bod you’re improving with each workout. In a way that you’ll look to find reason to wear these pieces in your non-sweaty real life too. We swear.

But mostly, it motivates.

The line, created by athlete, wellness coach and motivational speaker Leigh Weinraub, originated with a simple idea to inspire a single client to perform. Leigh was coaching a tennis player and made a shirt with the word “BREATHE” printed upside down for her to wear during a match. When nerves or anxiety threatened her performance, she would just look down to become centered and motivated.

Soon all of Leigh’s students had their own printed activewear and they loved how it brought a sense of returned awareness along with increased confidence.

And M by Mind in Motion was born.

With words like DREAM, FOCUS, IMAGINE, MOVE, STRENGTH and GRATITUDE, all printed upside down for the wearer to see, Leigh believes “what we wear can be a positive force of change in the world.”

We love this mission and philosophy.

Here we are putting it to the test…

To get your own mind in motion – with luxe, stylish, inspiration workout wear – go to the M by Mind in Motion website.

Merchandise ranges from $15-$98.

PS, the selection for men, women and girls… plus the accessories line… all make for amazing and thoughtful gifts. Because we all need to BREATHE DREAM, FOCUS, IMAGINE and MOVE with STRENGTH and GRATITUDE everyday, but especially during the holidays and at the start of a new year. So stock up! It’s a feel-good proposition for everyone.

PPS, guess who claimed dibs on the (women’s) t-shirt we were gifted from the shoot. You betcha! Look out for Mr. PC sporting it around town…

This seriously just made me pee my pants because that was a reference to the movie Rocky — where Mickey is the trainer and Rocky is the boxer…. LOL!!! Not Mickey of Mickey & Minnie fame! But that’s precisely why you are the yin to my yang, Paul. xoLC
